We are hiring two roles for Rocket Software’s HRBP team, Senior Director HRBP and Director HRBP. Both of these roles report to the CHRO and vary on experience level brought to the role and span of control.
Reporting to the CHRO, the Senior Director, HR Business Partner and Director, HR Business Partner will support Rocket Software’s senior leadership team, partnering closely with, and be a trusted advisor to those business leaders. He/she will lead and execute human resources and talent strategies in support of Rocket’s rapid growth and change. He/she plays an important role in the advancement of more strategic HR practices and solutions while also executing on those plans.
