Reporting to the CHRO, this Senior Director, HR Business Partner will support Rocket Software’s senior leadership team, partnering closely with, and be a trusted advisor to those business leaders.  The Senior HRBP will lead and execute human resources and talent strategies in support of Rocket’s rapid growth and change.  He/she play an important role in the advancement of more strategic HR practices and solutions while also executing on those plans.

As a Senior Director, HR Business Partner, you will successfully partner with Rocket’s teams to help drive business results and alignment to company strategy. You will work closely with HR peers and business leadership to implement and harmonize processes in the development of specific strategies for building leadership capabilities, addressing employee engagement and developing appropriate solutions from within the broader HR organization, with an eye toward innovation and scalability.  This Sr HRBP will be a role model for business partnering within the Company.
