Tufts Medical Center has retained GattiHR for their Senior Employee Relations Specialist search, located in Boston, MA. Karen Casey and Sue Casterline will lead this search.

Reporting to the Employee Relations Director, the Sr. Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for developing resolutions to Employee Relations/Labor issues by providing advice, research and direction to management and employees. This person will serve as a first point of contact for Tufts staff experiencing questions, issues or grievances. The ER specialist will work with the HR team and all Vice Presidents and Directors within the center. The ER specialist will advise leaders in all departments on employee relations matters.
