Reporting to the VP of Cost and Operations, the Purchasing Manager will lead the relationship building and partnering process with Post’s service providers, such as contractors and subcontractors, plumbers, electricians, HVAC contractors, and others. He / She will be responsible for negotiating contract terms and financials, as well as sourcing the most cost-effective and highly skilled service providers in accordance with Post Brother’s core values.
We seek an eager, confident, and experienced sourcing leader that can audit the internal sourcing process and evaluate for cost and efficiency. We seek an experienced tactical procurement person, who is well-versed in the building materials, facilities leadership, and/or real estate development industries. In addition to the day-to-day sourcing activities, the Manager will develop and coordinate an overall strategy, that will be used in other facets of the business, such as material and product categories, and other skilled labor. By bringing in other vendors, it will ensure Post Brothers is focusing on cost and quality.
