CF Industries has retained GattiHR for their Manager, Diversity & Inclusion search located in Deerfield, IL. J.L. Baker, Charley Betzig, Morgan Dever and Lyndsay Bruce will lead this search.
CF Industries is the global leader in transforming natural gas into nitrogen products. Their agricultural customers use their products as fertilizer, while industrial customers use nitrogen to dramatically reduce harmful emissions from manufacturing processes and for other purposes.

Reporting to the VP, HR & Talent, the Manager of Diversity and Inclusion will be tasked with creating the over-arching company strategy for Diversity & Inclusion as it relates to the mission, values and culture of CF Industries. This highly-visible role will define, build and develop the D&I program and strategy for the organization’s 3,000 employees.
The D&I Leader will work directly with senior leadership to embed diversity and inclusion into the culture of CF Industries. Through strong partnership, collaboration and influence they will create and lead a compelling strategy and will drive the communication, implementation and operation of all Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and help to create an atmosphere where all people feel welcome and valued. This individual contributor role will be the thought leader and subject-matter expert, with significant support from centers of excellence throughout human resources.
This role will require a wholistic, build-it approach to succeed. This will be the organization’s first formal development and execution of diverse and inclusive programs and will require strong stakeholder management, strategic creation and development and implementation skills.
