This HR Generalist serves to promote a positive employee experience by implementing HR services, policies, and programs that are in alignment with the strategic business goals. The Human Resources Generalist will comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by understanding existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.
