The HR Manager is responsible for day-to-day HR operations and long-range HR planning at refining facilities. The incumbent, as lead Human Resources Business Partner, is expected to have commensurate knowledge and ability to lead other Human Resource professionals and Refinery Leadership Teams in the strategic management of all personnel and personnel related activities (Utilization of all Employee and Manager Self-Service processes; management of labor and employee related issues; workforce planning; lead local Talent Management processes; acting in concert with the business to align business goals with employee development strategies and to facilitate the completion of those goals through others). This position also acts as the key HR consultant to the Refinery Leadership Team and other key refinery personnel to assist in the resolution of complex Human Resources issues and for the optimization of Human Resource strategies.
