This position plays a key role in Brown’s Human Resources function. Reporting directly to the Vice President of HR, the Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for setting the strategy, branding, metrics, candidate and new hire experience for all of Brown University. This individual has direct responsibility for all staff recruiting for Brown’s, on average, 1000 requisitions per year via a staff of 4 as well as consultation with University Leaders for faculty recruitment.
This role interfaces with key internal partners including University Leaders with the need to bring in high impact talent. It also interacts heavily with HR Business Partners functioning as HR Consultants for client groups within the various schools and functional areas.
