This position is responsible for the strategy, research, design, and overall management of DentaQuest’s HRIS, benefits and compensation programs (base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and market pricing,), as well as the associated training, communication, and technology enablers. The Director, Compensation is expected to maximize compensation value while responsibly managing the company’s total investment in rewards programs. This position will interface with the business and human resource business partners in support of the company’s continued growth strategy, business objectives, and talent acquisition and retention goals.
