This is an important role to deliver significant contributions to the college’s newly implemented Workday reporting environments, and to influence the future direction of data analytics and data modeling in a multi-source enterprise environment. The HRIS Analyst will partner with colleagues across the college to deliver operational and service excellence in data analytics, reporting and system functionality specifically, generating and supporting HR reports and dashboards utilizing Workday reporting tools as well as providing guidance to users within Human Resources. Acting as a liaison with stakeholders, the HRIS Analyst will identify technical requirements to manage the report development process by gathering and analyzing feedback, data analysis, support, and report development and verification. This role will be a valued collaborator and contributor to the applications and integration team on HR Workday enhancements.
