The New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC) is the association for employee benefit professionals throughout New England. We are the definitive leader in advancing knowledge and facilitating networking for employer benefit practitioners, consultants and providers of services. Each year, more than 2,000 professionals and 100 speakers participate in our cutting-edge programs in all areas of employee benefits. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for staff, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission. She or he will initially develop deep knowledge of field, core programs, operations, and business plans. The Executive Director will demonstrate visionary leadership, effective organization and management, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism in all aspects. The ideal candidate is an energetic and affable self-starter with a commitment to education.
