The Director, Sales Compensation will leverage strong expertise in sales and field incentives to design and administer plans that drive measurable business growth and performance. S/he will be accountable for building a centralized incentive compensation team and implementing processes to efficiently and accurately administer incentives for WestRock globally. The Director, Sales Compensation will serve as a trusted partner and advisor to business leadership on incentive best practices and design principles. S/he will be responsible for fostering collaboration between the incentive compensation team and internal clients in order to effectively build and implement best in class incentives at WestRock.
