The Director of Learning and Development is primarily responsible for the design, development, implementation and delivery of leadership, management, and employee learning and training programs across the College. This role will work collaboratively with Human Resources leadership and others to assess the organization’s learning needs, helping to develop a comprehensive approach to short- and long-term initiatives with a focus on management development. The Director will be responsible for the communication, logistics, and delivery methods of learning and training programs, meeting the needs across campuses, administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS), and meaningful evaluation and reporting of learning development and training initiatives. The Director will manage a team who’ll partner across key HR constituents in the development, implementation and delivery of learning and training programs. Additionally, the Director will collaborate with experts across the institution to help determine curriculum content, and as appropriate, engage these individuals in the delivery of various learning and training programs.
