The Director, Human Resources is responsible for leading the function within the Maintenance division. Reporting directly to the EVP, HR with dotted line to the business unit leader this role will be developing and executing an HR strategy fit for the Maintenance business that is in line with and in support of the broader human resource strategy across all of TRICO.
As a key member of the leadership team, the Director, HR will have significant responsibility and visibility as a culture driver for the organization. The successful candidate will provide guidance, advise, counsel and support to the CEO along with other leaders in the organization as it continues its rapid growth. Effective change management, strategic thinking and the ability to design solutions will be keys to success in this role, particularly when paired with the objective of retaining the Company’s strong, high-integrity, performance-based culture. A player/coach mentality will be paramount and changing the way in which HR operates inside the Company is also critical. This means raising expectations about the role of HR throughout the organization.
