The Director, Broad-based Compensation will lead the development, deployment, and assessment of all base compensation, salary structure, and job evaluation related programs and practices at Westrock. S/he will demonstrate strong expertise in broad-based compensation to build credibility with leadership and serve as a trusted partner to business clients. The Director, Broad-based Compensation will develop and engage a team of geographically dispersed compensation professionals to support WestRock’s operations in over 35 countries. S/he will foster relationships between the compensation team, HR Partners, and business leaders to proactively deliver compensation solutions that are informed by competitive market data and developing trends. The Director, Broad-based Compensation will implement programs that meet business needs and deliver against the compensation strategy; ensuring a consistent global approach while accounting for local factors.
