GattiHR recruits Lori Neuner as The Possible Project’s Chief Talent Officer. John Todd led this search.
The Possible Project (TPP) is a nonprofit organization that provides customized after-school learning opportunities for 300 high school students in Cambridge and Boston. The program uses entrepreneurship as a vehicle for learning-by-doing, providing students with a safe space to work through setbacks and succeed at something they consider important and real. TPP’s goal is to equip students with skills, habits and attitudes that will enable them to adapt to an ever-changing work environment. Students learn core concepts of entrepreneurship; conceive and execute their own business ventures; and collaborate with others in established TPP businesses. Finally, students receive support to plan their post-high school education and careers and help them achieve their goals.
