CNA was seeking an outgoing, energetic, collaborative and nimble Employee Relations Consultant to assist with driving continued high Employee Relations expertise across North America. They were looking to add a strong team member to a growing team that will provide leadership of the ER function for a specific line of business or functional area. Responsible for employee relations support, including HR policy and procedure interpretation, employee concerns and issue resolution. This leader is responsible for handling and resolving complex ER matters and investigations with a capability to handle a variety of case types. The selected candidate will provide guidance and advice to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and local, state and federal employment regulations and requirements. The ultimate goal is to position CNA employment practices as top notch and to help support a healthy and compliant organization.
