GattiHR Industrial Assists Stevanato Group in Recruiting a New Senior Scientist

Stevanato group is comprised of two operational divisions:

  • Pharmaceutical Systems (Ompi and Balda brands): specialized in ready-to-use glass containers and bulk primary packaging (syringes, cartridges, vials, and ampoules); high quality and high precision plastic solutions for diagnostic, pharmaceutical and medical device applications.
  • Engineering Systems (Spami, Optrel, InnoScan and SVM brands): specialized in glass forming technology, inspection systems, assembly, packaging machines and serialization solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

These two divisions enjoy a close, synchronous relationship, featuring daily exchanges which ensure that Stevanato Group has complete control over the entire production process, from purchasing the finest raw materials to offering exceptional after-sales customer service.

The Senior Scientist will be responsible for organizing and collaborating with the Technical Leader in spearheading and setting up crucial projects and study targets, as well as providing accurate, quality project deliverables. This person will be the point of contact in managing technical communications with customers, while defining study / project feasibility, test plans and efforts, and resources within Stevanato Group. In addition, the Senior Scientist will coordinate and supervise the execution team, providing timing and deliverables, all while focused on schedule / timeline, budget, and quality commitments for the customer. There will be critical oversight of the data collection and interpretation, analysis, documentation, and reporting of results and the derivation of study conclusions.
