Reporting directly to, and collaborating with, the Vice President Sales and Marketing, The primary function of the Sr. Director National Account Sales is to design, implement and manage the National Account selling and promotional efforts delivered by the Division Sales and Marketing organizations. This position is a very senior role within Hunter Douglas and is directly responsible for the development and deployment of strategies encompassing National Account sales growth. This includes but is not limited to; delivery and effective implementation of National Account sales programs as well as appropriate marketing programs, pricing and promotional approaches designed to profitably grow the National Account business while minimizing market conflicts. Forecasting, budget development, key metric reporting and presentation are important facets of this role. This position is critical to the Fabrication Division’s success and the VP National Account Sales participates in the senior sales management group as an important contributor and collaborator.
