The Director of Business & Sales Operations is a strategic, innovative leader that will drive business operations, revenue growth and the future direction of our growing assets across the entire company. The individual is to effectively bring balance and governance, and drive process and continuous improvement throughout the organization. This person will quarterback revenue growth by mapping growth strategies, identifying business drivers, as well as provide leadership in streamlining operational and production processes. The Director will be the conduit between Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product development, and the leadership team. They will develop & implement KPI’s/Metrics and dashboards that will facilitate Doximity’s ability to gain strategic alignment, achieve financial goals and reach their business objectives.
