Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, (CHRO) the Director, Total Rewards is a member of the HR Leadership team and has the unique opportunity to develop the Total Rewards strategy and build a competitive Total Rewards program for the newly independent, global organization. We are looking for an innovative, “out of the box” thinker who will create programs and solutions that attract top talent and reward employee performance.
The position serves as an executive consultant, partnering with the CEO and Senior Leadership team to recommend forward looking compensation, benefits and HRIS solutions. This role provides strategic thought leadership, program support and consulting on all areas of compensation including pay (broad based, executive and sales), incentive compensation, equity and recognition programs. This role will oversee both US and global benefits. The development and optimization of human resource systems is a critical initiative to establish the infrastructure needed to grow and scale and will be a focus for this individual including the ability to provide data and insights with confidence to the business.
