The Director of Organizational Development (OD) is a specialist position with a focus on change and performance management. We are seeking a thought partner who brings hands on experience facilitating focus groups, developing OD interventions, and supporting an organization moving forward rapidly in a changing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven, high performing, OD professional.
Reporting directly to the Sr. Director Associate Experience & Organizational Development, the Director of OD will assess, design, implement and manage successful leadership development systems, organizational development (OD) systems and processes, and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and performance. The OD team are a valued resource and instrumental in the process of accelerating organizational alignment, change, and development in support of Benchmark’s, mission, vision and values.
As the organization continues to move forward at a rapid pace, the Director of OD will assist in supporting key talent initiatives to prepare our associates for the future. The ideal candidate has great listening skills, the patience to evaluate before executing, and the ability to create safe spaces for team and individual coaching sessions.
