FLEXcon North America has retained GattiHR for their Director, Human Resources search, located in Spencer, MA. John Todd and Tammy Olsen will lead this search.

Reporting directly to the EVP of Purpose, People & Process, the Director of Human Resources North America is responsible for providing human resources leadership, programs, and support to all areas of FLEXcon North America. The Director will partner with the EVP to develop integrated people strategies and action plans and for the execution of those plans. This position leads and is accountable for the development of a team of 10+ HR professionals. The Director of HR is responsible for building strong business partnerships across the organization and for leveraging their expertise to further support the goals and objectives of the business.

In this leadership role, expertise will be needed in HR best practices, policies, and procedures, as well as experience managing company growth and change. This individual is required to listen and gain a detailed understanding of the strategic direction of the organization and to allocate resources to those priorities.
