One Stop Decorating is in need of a Store Manager / Showroom Team Lead for one of their locations in the Kansas City, MO area. This role will manage the retail store while assisting customers and handling administrative duties. A successful Store Manager / Team Lead is a self-starter, quick learner and takes initiative.
The successful candidate will work with other Managers to plan and direct the work of the organization including, overseeing merchandising, and sales reporting as well as participate in training of new employees.
In addition, an important part of your role will be to work directly with customers to gain an understanding of needs and understand inspirations.
Successful candidates will have excellent communication (listening and speaking), decision-making and problem-solving skills.
