Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, the Vice President, Learning and Development will be a member of the Human Resources leadership team. The Vice President will drive the design and implementation of all learning and development programs and oversee all talent management programs. Learning and development programs, currently decentralized, will be brought together under HR and the Vice President will build the strategy for this enterprise wide function. The Vice President will develop an E-Learning strategy and ensure its effective implementation.
